Chicken Broccoli Bake

Tangy with a hint of curry

Serves 4 40 minutes

Ingredients

500g fusilli pasta

600g chicken breast

500g broccoli

2 tins cream of chicken soup

150g mayonnaise

20 ml lemon juice

1.5 teaspoons curry powder

250g grated cheddar cheese

Method

Boil the chicken breast and then shred it into pieces.

Cook the pasta and the broccoli (separately).

Mix everything together, including half the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.

Bake in the oven at 180°C, until golden brown.
